In 2010 After barely surviving the real estate collapse, he met Mike Reese and Jay Kinder, hired them to coach him and his business started doubling every year. In 2013 he founded his own brokerage firm, and 2017, Al merged his brokerage into eXp Realty and partnered with Mike & Jay and co-founded Honey Badger Nation, currently partnering with over 10,000 agents in over 40 states and 4 Canadian provinces. The group collectively sells over 10,000 homes a year.
